The Senate’s Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI)  has released its Explanatory Report for its Intelligence Authorization Act 2023 language, which has provided context for Congress’s more significant push for transparency regarding Unidentified Aerospace-Undersea Phenomena (UAP). 

Rewind to 5 January 2022 when the Liberation Times predicted trouble for Congress’s newly established UAP Office. Involvement from the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security (OUSD(I&S)), signalled significant problems ahead.

First came the House version of the National Defense Authorization Act 2023 (NDAA) establishing immunity language, and providing protection to Unidentified Aerospace-Undersea Phenomena (UAP) whistleblowers. 

Things are bubbling under the surface. Big things.

If suspicions are true, Pandora’s Box is being opened as we speak.

In May 2022, before the now-infamous Congressional hearing on UFOs or Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP), frustrations were boiling over among some leading U.S. politicians. 

On 2 May 2022, POLITICO reported that some sponsors of recent UAP legislation were calling for the Pentagon to conduct work to ascertain the origin of the unknown crafts, not just briefings and reports observing their existence.

Believe it or not, Canada has always had a deep vested interest in UFOs. It's actually true! For instance, in the 1950's, Transport Canada established 'Project Magnet' that looked into UFOs. And the project’s director, Wilbert Smith, a Senior Radio Engineer, eventually concluded the phenomena were probably extraterrestrial in origin.

Since becoming NASA’s Administrator, former Senator and Armed Services Committee Member, Bill Nelson, has not hidden his interest in Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) and has been a fierce advocate in taking the topic seriously.

Former naval aviator lieutenant Ryan Graves made headlines in 2021 when appearing on the flagship U.S. news show 60 Minutes, revealing that fellow aviators saw UFOs, now known as Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) every day for at least two years.

A historic Public Hearing relating to Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) is set to take place in the U.S. Congress next week following comments from one lawmaker, who claimed that the United States does not have control over its own airspace, following repeated intrusions into restricted military airspace by unknown apparent vehicles, which according to an official intelligence report ‘demonstrate advanced technology’.

Today, U.S. President Joe Biden has signed the omnibus bill that funds federal spending for the rest of the current fiscal year, including $782.5 billion for the military, which encompasses money (although no amount has been confirmed) set aside for the new Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) Office, legislated by Congress within the NDAA 2022, known as the Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group or AOIMSG.
